Went to Berwick market this morning to purchase a Pool Cue. I was greeted by Dave who took the time to explain to me the differences in cues without making me feel stupid as I had no idea what to buy, not being pressured into buying the more expensive models. I left there with a cue and case and a bit of knowledge. I will definitely be back once my skill level improves. ( might just get that blue one, 😄) Thanks again.

Friend of mine recommended I go see Dave about a new pool cue. Dave was so helpful and so knowledgeable and spent ages explaining all the different kinds of cues he had and advising on which he thought best for me and my level of play. He could easily have steered me towards a very expensive cue but he was very honest and recommended a good quality mid price cue. Dave also explained all about cue care and how to replace glue on tips. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone wanting any sports equipment, not just pool stuff.
