But that’s exactly how Focused on Fitness... and Fun! began—a few dumbbells, some plates, and bikes stacked on a pallet down the side of the house. No fancy storefront. No massive warehouse. Just a passion for quality gear and a mission to do things differently.

🚀 From Humble Beginnings to a Business Built on Trust
What started as a backyard hustle turned into something bigger than we ever imagined. We transformed a family shed into a (very small) warehouse. Then, the carport became a shop, the car got kicked to the street, and two new sheds were built to keep up with demand.
But here’s the real plot twist—
We realized that selling what customers wanted (instead of what we thought they wanted) was the ultimate key to success.
